UCDC Chair Barbara Graves-Poller expressed enthusiasm about this year’s endorsed candidates, stating: “The fight to elect principled leaders begins at the local level. Our slate is focused on successful governing—not grievance—and ensuring that Ulster County remains a place where everyone can thrive. We will work tirelessly to elect Democrats up and down the ballot in 2025.”

Taylor Bruck, endorsed candidate for Ulster County Clerk, said: “As a lifelong Democrat, I could not be more proud to be endorsed by the Ulster County Democratic Committee. It's more important now than ever that we elect a Clerk who can not only administer the office, but who can fight to help preserve our fragile democracy through public education of our shared history.”

March Gallagher, endorsed candidate for re-election as Ulster County Comptroller, said: “I am honored to receive the Democratic nomination for Ulster County Comptroller. As the independent fiscal watchdog for the people of Ulster County I will monitor federal funding and every dollar of our shared resources so we can help more people with better programs.”

Lara Oliveri, endorsed candidate for Ulster County Family Court Judge, said: “I am incredibly honored to receive the Democratic endorsement for Ulster County Family Court Judge. Thank you to all of the committee members for their time and dedication. I have truly enjoyed this process and am deeply humbled by this recognition.”

The Ulster County Democratic Committee urges all voters to mark their calendars for the Democratic Primary Election on June 24, 2025, and the General Election on November 4, 2025.
